OFFICE SPACE
Offices at Marina Mart range from 500 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Office space is available at both the 1500 Westlake Avenue North building and 1530 Westlake Avenue North building. We offer premium spaces, ideal for providing employees with a clean, comfortable work environment and hosting clients in a high-end lakeside setting.

KAYAK STORAGE AND LAUNCH
As of 3/20/2024 - we have 3 kayak lockers available! (sorry, no paddleboard storage)
We have kayak storage available! Storage lockers are conveniently located right next to the kayak launch dock so no walking your equipment!
Lockers are 27-29 inches wide and 17 feet deep.
Price is $55/month on a 1 year lease.
